if it was short term i and there were web cafes i would pack a usb memory card reader and upload to flickr.

for longer term and internet connectivity was in question, i would probably invest in personal media player with usb on the go. i do like the video ipods they're small enough but also have the small form factor.

for those with more money than sense (but still don't want to haul too much), i would probably opt for a 3g multi band phone with bluetooth. transfer the pictures (using flickr) using to a pda with bluetooth and wifi builtin, with some kinda sleeve (ipaqs) or adapter to read what ever memory cards i had.</description>
